Antimony (Sb) catalyst is commonly used during polyester synthesis. However antimony is a kind of heavy metal that may raise concern about health and environmental issue. Therefore regulations have been constructed to control the concentration of antimony in products in some applications. Herein, FENC developed Green-Ti staple fiber which synthesized by utilizing alternative catalyst.
PThis type of PET fiber has similar properties as regular PET fiber. This material can be applied to all kinds of FENC PET fiber.
